Cross-Platform Property Walkthrough Development
Role: Project Lead and Developer
In a groundbreaking project at Mintlike Studio, I spearheaded the development of a cross-platform property walkthrough, compatible with AR/VR, Android, iOS, and Windows. My responsibilities mirrored the end-to-end management of the project, from conceptualization to execution.
The core of this project was to create a 'free to roam' experience in property walkthroughs, allowing users to virtually explore properties on any device. This required the development of advanced workflows and techniques, ensuring that the realism was consistent across all platforms.
My role involved not only the technical development but also overseeing the project's various aspects, ensuring seamless integration across different operating systems and devices. This was a challenge that necessitated a deep understanding of each platform's capabilities and limitations.
The result was an immersive, realistic, and accessible property exploration tool that redefined the standards of virtual property showcasing. This project stands as a testament to the innovative use of technology in enhancing real estate visualization and marketing.
